"Hi Maangchi!! Thank you for your recipes! I made kimchi for my first time! I used your recipe, but I mixed it with recipe from my friends mum. I add also apple and made porridge from rice not flour. But... I don't know if my kimchi is good. After few days in room temperature the top of kimchi was colorless. And there isn't too much souce... The smell isn't so bad, I am not sure it is fermented well, but I take it to the fridge already. In taste my kimchi is spicy and sweet in the same time. Is this okay with this colorless kimchi? or should I do something with it? Thank you for your help! :)"
