"Hi Maangchi, I tried making this and I cut the recipe in half. For some reason, the yeast wasn't very foamy and I don't know why. I made pizza dough in the past so I know how yeast foams up... I make sure the temperature is right (around 110 F). The final product was delicious but the texture of the bun was not too great. The dough didn't puff up beautifully like yours!"
