Although I haven't found all the ingredients for kimchi, I am totally hooked to your extensive recipes, detailed instructions and rich info with many interesting anectodes. Today I tried this steamed eggplant recipe (minus the red pepper flakes that I haven't managed to get hold on), and it came out delicious. I will be trying more recipes soon. Thanks!"
