"Hi Maangchi ~ ! I couldn't find any frozen rice flour in my place soI soaked rice grains , i''m making this for the mother's day celebration for my mum ! Just need to know , do I really have to soak up to 10 hours ? :| I've soaked it in for the past 2 1/2 hours and i took out a few grains and try to grind it with the back of a knife . It can grind easily , so do I still have to soak it untill 10hrs have reached ?? THANKSSS ~! :3"
