An old friend for dinner

Hello Maangchi,
Recently I sent you a picture of my 1 year old kimchi and this time again, I had to show you a particular kimchi.
It’s an experimentation made with mussels in it (and I am pleased to say that it is a good combination) but the main reason of my excitement is that this kimchi has been made 2 years ago, 23 months exactly !!
Wonderful and amazing, of course it is not fresh anymore but the taste is so so so good !
I really wonder how many time kimchi can be preserved… Fermentation is magic …the taste of the kimchi stew too ;)
