I put some homemade mung bean and cucumber side dish, spinach side dish and homemade radish kimchi all from Maangchi’s YouTube recipies onto a bowl of jasmine rice. It also had a couple soft boiled eggs and some homemade red cabbage sauerkraut (not Korean, but hey!). It was AMAZING! Thank you Ms. Maangchi for teaching me how to make Korean at home!!
