Small batch fresh kimchi

I made this today from Maanchi’s small batch fresh kimchi recipe. It was amazingly easy, even though I had to make my own brown rice flour with my Vitamix. I did sub low sodium soy sauce for the fish sauce as I was out of fish sauce in the pantry. If you haven’t tried this recipe, you should! There is only 2 in our household and I used one Napa cabbage.
