I was so excited when I saw a local market near my home selling Korean pears. Maangchi’s recipe of steamed pear immediately popped up in my mind at that time so I decided to try making it! The dessert came up very tasty. Next time, I am gonna dig a deeper hole in the pear so that there will be more room for ginger and honey!
