Yummy cold noodles !! I made this tonight for dinner in our super hot summer day , i added shiitake mushroom , and squid , along with hard boiled eggs and cucumber and slices of pears . Love the spicy sauce , i think it would be great for bibimbap also ! Thanks Maangchi :)
