Since it’s a month until winter here in the Southern Hemisphere I wasn’t sure if I was going to freeze even more after eating this dish, but it’s safe to say that it can be pleasantly enjoyed at any time of the year! Definitely a very refreshing yet balanced dish, especially with the sweet, spicy sauce and the julienned pear-cucumber duo being a delightful combination. The naengmyeon noodles also have a great texture and I love the colour and overall look of them. The icy broth makes the entire dish so unique and intriguing!
