This summer, i was talking to a Korean friend about K-Pop and he told me that since I like Korean stuff, I should try Korean food. So i tried making some myself and dang, it was amazing. I even tried making kimchi, and all my Korean friends were surprised that a non-korean person was capable of making kimchi (I’m actually Indian) :P

Anyway, i made the bibimbap according to maangchi’s recipe for dinner today, and boy, was it delicious. I didn’t use gosari because i couldn’t find it, and i didn’t use beef either because I can’t eat it. I did add in the Korean radish salad (musaengche) used in another recipe, and it was a great addition :)
