spicy cold noodles (bibim-guksu)


It’s not the exact recipe because I wanted to magnify one particular ingredient : the left over of kimchi juice made with radish greens a few month ago.
No baechu kimchi and some more vegetables for this bibim-guksu.
Refreshing and spicy hot, like a summer day in advance (in advance because presently the weather here is pretty cold for the season!!) ;)
