My first attempt at making kimchijjim. I used my well aged mat kimchi (1 year old) and also included the diced dried shitake mushroom that was pre-soaked. I also used the mushroom water instead of plain water to braise the dish! It was truely a bapdoduk! It tasted fantastic and I cannot stop at 1 bowl of rice! Looking forward to eat more! Yummy!
