bread rolls (dinner rolls)

I tried out Maanghi’s bread roll (ppang) recipe. It was easy and tastes awesome!

    It looks delicious! What size pan you used to cook the bread? And did you double the recipe?

      I used a 9X13 pan. Yes, I doubled the recipe. I didn’t do the egg white wash, I opted instead for a simple syrup wash of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon water, microwaved for 30 seconds or until the sugar crystals are all dissolved and brushed it on the buns immediate after I took it out of the oven.
