Roll Ppang!!!!  First Timer!!!

I made these rolls a couple of weeks ago one Sunday morning after watching your video. They weren’t fluffy like yours but they were still tasty. I plan on doing it again soon so I will have your recipe down by Thanksgiving Day. I did add a mixture of honey and butter on top of the rolls. I didn’t have all the proper tools this go round and I added some extra flour when I should’ve just kneaded it more and let it rise. I will absolutely follow your recipe to the T next time!
