Bukkumi! Sooooo good!!!

I watched the video for bukkumi and fell in love. It looked amazing and I love red bean paste (and happened to have a can in the pantry along with Mochiko!).

The end product didn’t seem quite right (the outside was flaky for some reason) but the rest of it was chewy and wonderful! I ate 2 pieces immediately and fell in love. I can’t wait to try making it again tomorrow :-D
