I am starting a healthy diet~


My first time trying out this new ingredient. Expensive tho, here in Sinagapore. It has a earthy, slight bitter taste. This has a low calorie intake, so i feel healthier eating this lol. As for the Muksabal, I just throw in some lettuce and cucumber in cold broth. So refreshing!
