Eomuk 어묵 Fishcake 2 different shapes

I prepared each in slightly different methods of cooking with slight change to recipe.
Since I could not find any squid, I used more shrimp instead.

The rectangle I put the mixture in a oiled rectangle baking dish and baked at 250C for 30 to 35 mins then took out of pan onto cutting board and cut rectangles. Then deep fried until golden.

The ball shaped ones I used 2 dinner spoons making balls one at a time and dropped in deep fryer. Both turned out great.
