Homemade fishcakes

Yesterday Inge and I had an awesome day. We woke up early to pick up some groceries. We planned an all Korean cooking day! First we started to make kimchi and kkakdugi.

For lunch we’ve had some kimchi jjigae. After lunch we made lots of mandu and just before dinner we finished these delicious eomuk. They turned out really good. We used two spoons to make this shape and served it with a little mix of ketchup and chili sauce.

A real nice pre-dinner snack!
