First time preparing a fresh fish. It’s missing the head because my SO couldn’t stand to have it staring at him while he gutted it. :P The sections of meat just fell right off; definitely our preferred way of preparing fish now. Made Soybean sprout soup (콩나물국) and rice to go with to make a perfect meal!

The recipe for Korean style fried snapper with seasoning sauce (도미양념구이) is here!

“my SO couldn’t stand to have it staring at him while he gutted it” LOL! Throw the head to me, please!
It looks very delicious and your soybean sprout soup reminds me of my aunt’s kongnamulguk! I learned this recipe from her. Next time, eat the soup with well fermented kkakdugi, yum! : ) https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kkakdugi
