I made some kimchi about two weeks ago and decided to take a stab at these babies. I made the mandu-pi the night before. Maangchi makes everything look so easy. It’s harder than it looks to roll them into a round shape and try as I might, I couldn’t master her pretty sealing technique. T_T Guess I just need more practice. Luckily, they still taste great!
