Garden Eggplant sidedish Gaji-namul 가지나물

I used eggplants from my dad’s garden.. I love eggplants and we normally cook them Indonesian way using lots of fresh chillies, shallots and garlic. It is called “balado terong”. Balado is chilli based way of cooking, and terong is eggplant. I enjoy making your version as it is very healthy (no vegetable oils used) and tasteful.. Great to be eaten with hot steam rice by itself.. I am going to eat them for breakfast tomorrow.. Thanks again, Maangchi for the great recipe, as always ^^

The recipe for Gaji-namul (가지나물) is here!
