Ganjang Gejang (간장 게장)

Thanks to Maangchi, I was able to make one of my favorite Korean dishes at home.

The marinade is perfect, full of flavor and surprisingly not salty despite the amount of soy sauce in the recipe. I froze my crabs for 2 hours and they still moved a bit even after separating the body from the shells. I persevered anyway because I wanted to eat the dish so badly!

It was all worth it.
