First Attempt At Gimbap

Followed Maangchi’s recipe to the T, save for the steak. I had to use ground beef. Just made it into a patty for the stove and sliced it once done. I think the beef is my favorite part. I want to make meatballs out of it or even a whole burger with some caramelized onions on top! Every week I’ve been choosing a theme of foods to learn how to cook. This week, because I love Maangchi’s videos so much I decided to do Korean. So far I’ve only made Gimbap and Pumpkin/Butternut Squash porridge.
