Delicious homemade fried gochujang!

Taken from Maangchi’s Big Book this is a variation of the recipe in the YouTube link. I knew I would enjoy this recipe based on the ingredients alone. A small amount mixed with some fluffy white rice is the perfect meal. One note on using ground beef, after returning the cooked beef to the pan and adding the seasoning be sure to scrape up all the cooked bits for flavor. Love you Maangchi! You’ve made my life delicious!
