HeI’m from Turkey and I recently tried balloon bread recipe. I really did enjoy it. Some of them didn’t make it so well but I think it’s because I pierced them picking up. The photo shows them because I have had eaten the good ones and I’ve remembered taking photos halfway. Love you Maangchi.
