Salmon and Calamari with rice
My salmon was a day old so I grilled it on the bbq (rare in middle) and flaked it. Also added fresh calamari grilled on the bbq. Delicious.

    I’ve never thought about using cooked meat and calamari instead of raw fish!
    It looks very colorful, beautiful, and delicious! It will be so tasty after it’s mixed with the sauce!
