I recently came home from a two week Korean immersion camp, we had hotteok a couple times while I was there and it was amazing! I just had to try and make it when I got home :) These are pictures from the first time I made it, I’ve made it twice since I got back. The first time was the original brown sugar mix, but the second time I put mozzarella cheese in most of them, I also cut up a marshmallow into small pieces and put that in one. It was so yummy!
