In lots of Kdramas a character has said you’re either a Jjamppong person or you’re a jjajangmyeon person. I’ve cooked jjajangmyeon a few times so it was time to try jjamppong. Both are delicious. From the amount of chilli flakes in the recipe I thought it was going to be very spicy but the natural sweetness from the other ingredients balance the spice beautifully.
