Braised chicken

First time making and I didn’t know exactly what I was doing. I also forgot to buy the noodles, so I left them out. It turned out amazing though, mom couldn’t stop eating it even while I was trying to take a picture. It has the 5 major flavors: sweet, salty, spicy, tangy, and savory~ We might eat it with rice :)
