My first home made Kimchi

Almost two weeks ago my cousin showed me how to make some home made Kimchi. This picture was taken after one night outside of the refridgerator. Little bit scared of keeping it at room temperature much longer, but after that I was scared that it wouldn’t get sour enough. But I tasted some this morning and it’s getting really nice and sour allready :-) Can’t wait to make a Kimchi hot dog with it!
