Kimchi

This is my first Napa cabbage kimchi (Tongbaechu-kimchi 통배추김치). The Napa Cabbage that i used, are a little bit smaller than the used by Maangchi. My korean friends told me that it was really good. So, i think a passed my first test. Now i have another batch on the fridge. Im still waiting it gets fermented.
