    Pretty jars filled with delicious homemade kimchi will give anyone a lot of satisfaction! : )

    I found 3 Korean grocery stores in Budapest. Do you shop Korean ingredients at one of these? https://www.maangchi.com/shopping/hungary

      Hello!

      I tried two of these and there’s a fourth place where you can buy Korean ingredients. I’ll visit it this week and post about it ;)
      The Tokyo Paza is great for Korean ingredients.

      Thanks for the great recipies!
      I have the feeling that Korean and Hungarian cuisines have some in common, eg. The love of red pepper/paprika.
