Traditional Napa Cabbage Kimchi

Maangchi, aren’t my babies beautiful! I did the math wrong and it is a bit spicoer than I expected, but still so delicious! My favorite part was putting the Kimchi paste between the leaves. I was up to my elbows in paste, but it was so fun! Thank you do another great recipe!
