Tongbaechu-Kimchi

Hello Maangchi & my fellow Korean food lovers!
I really, really love Korean food, especially kimchi. My 15 year old daughter and I had so much fun making this together! It was our 1st time making kimchi but definitely not our last. I used a glass beverage container with the spout because I make other recipes that call for kimchi juice, so I figured the spout will come in handy for getting just juice. I can’t wait to taste it after about 2wks (I like it really sour).
