I want to thank you for this magnificent recipe! It was my first time of making kimchi. Before of that once I bought prepared kimchi in supermarket and fall in love with it. So I decided make it by myself. My grandma grew up in Sakhalin so she loves it too, but after moving to central Russia she could’t eat it. Currently I will always use your recipes! Thank you!~
