At last, I made it! I really want to make my own kimchi but couldn’t find korean chili flakes.
Now that I finally found one, kimchi is the first thing in my mind.
As I watch your video about the spiciness level, I used 1.5 cup of chili instead of 2. It turn out marvelous.
