YUM YUM Kimchi Stew!

My Korean mother passed away two years ago after I took care of her for years. I’ve been looking for a kimchi stew recipe closest to hers and I finally found it! I added a whole container of firm tofu (because I love tofu) and I put less kochugaru (1 tsp.) because my family can’t handle too spicy. I used chicken broth with a dash of anchovy sauce from a bottle because my mom made it like that. It turned out soooo good and not gonna lie, got a bit choked up eating thinking of my mom.
