When I make winter kimchi I would put half a cabbage in a jar that is gonna stay as long as possible in the fridge.
This half cabbage is dedicated to kimchijjim !
7 months after making it, this kimchi is perfect for the recipe.
These three little rolls were grrrrreat ;)
