Here is the delicious kimchi-jjim made with the last portion of well fermented baechu kimchi with oysters.
I marinated the pork belly with mirim, soy sauce, garlic and pepper before wrapping it in the kimchi.
This hot little pouch, balanced with the fresh cucumber, spinach and salad were a perfect meal.
