Roast Pork and Mak Kimchi

Roasted Pork with pepper paste and pineapple glaze. The pork loin roast was marinated overnight in mirin, ginger, black pepper and garlic. Then slow cooked in a gas smoker with apple wood chips. Glaze is 1tbs pepper paste, 3tbs Rothchilds roasted pineapple habanero sauce and 1 tbs mirin.
