Kongguksu (콩국수)

This was great! I used rice noodles in place of 소면, but I loved it. For the garnish, I added fresh cucumber ribbons (just used a veggie peeler) and halved cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to make the bean milk myself, but I bought some fresh from a local market. (I live in Korea; “수제콩물” is what I bought.) Thanks for all the recipes!
