Fluffy steamed eggs – 뚝배기 계란찜 (Ttukbaegi gyeranjjim) Made it in a stainless steel pot as I do not have an earthenware pot but turned out wonderful. Instead of chicken broth I made a broth with kelp, carrot and onion.
Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking. my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes.
It looks very tasty! The drizzled sesame oil and chopped green onion on top will make this more special.
