Just can’t get enough of Kimchi Pancakes. I take this to work for a snack to stave off my hunger cravings. Made to exact Maangchi’s Recipe as that’s how it turns out perfect. Made two batches, one is gone, the other is for tomorrow’s work snack. :D Kimchi from https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/napa-cabbage-kimchi. I used to buy these at a Korean store. Now I just make some on the spot all the time! :) Why? Because Maangchi taught me! :D
