Mandu wrappers

The process of making the Mandu wrappers is actually quite easy, I even have the same kind of Chinese roller. What went wrong is I didn’t use the right kind of flour and the skins where too soft, very difficult to wrap. I’ll try again with a different flour. I knew this flour was problematic, it has a very low percentage of gluten, with is good sometimes but definitely not for Mandu wrappers!
PS this is completely personal but I prefer the Chinese name Jiaozi, sorry! :(
