matang (맛탕)

I love this!
I have 2 types of matang which is white sweet potatoes and orange sweet potatoes.
The result is if u like sweet may use Orange sweet potatoes, its has to be fried longer than white potates due its texture is more softer
If u think Crunchy is the first priority, so u should use white Sweet potatoes.
As what i am fried white potatoes (korean sweet potato) was more crunchy
