Yeolmu mulkimchi using cubed radish

I made radish water kimchi using maangchi’s young summer radish water kimchi ( yeolmu mul-kimchi) recipe (the first 2 photos).  I couldn’t find young summer radish, so i used radish instead. The first 2 photos show my radish kimchi with water. The 3rd photo shows my radish kimchi without water . Both taste absolutely amazing. Now I put them at room temperature to ferment. Yummy!
