Seasoned dried radish strips

I had completely forgotten a bag of dried radish strips I brought from Korea from my last trip to Seoul. I wa so happy when I saw it! Dried radish muchim is one of my favorite banchans, I just love its crunchy texture and this recipe turned out perfect. Thanks Maangchi for the tip of not soaking the radish for more than seven or eight minutes. You can make a big batch and leave it in the fridge.
