Nakji-bokkeum is one of my favourite dishes and I’ve never cooked with octopus before. One day I stumbled upon frozen baby octopus at an Asian shop and I bought it having no clue what I was going to make. As soon as I watched Maangchi’s YouTube video of her making Nakji-bokkeum, my mouth was salivating so I had to make it! It was easier than I thought. Definitely don’t skip the washing & blanching as it helped to tenderise the octopus. It was so delicious, I’m dying to make it again!
