Nokdu-juk (Mung bean porridge)

The first time I made nokdu-juk I posted a photo here with a legend saying « not the sexiest recipe here but it’s interesting »
Since then, I think that my taste evolved on the subtle and nutty flavor of this mung bean porridge because I now use to make it once a week ;)
It’s not the sexiest recipe here that’s sure but it’s actually delicious !!
